Eligibility: Honors retailers who redefine customer experience through personalization, innovative designs, in-store technologies, and customer feedback.
Eligibility: Recognizes retail campaigns with innovative, multi-channel approaches that achieve exceptional business results.
Eligibility: Celebrates creative and impactful use of social media and digital advertising to drive consumer engagement and business growth.
Eligibility: Honors PR campaigns that have delivered significant impact through strategic storytelling and media engagement.
Eligibility: Recognizes impactful campaigns that successfully introduce and engage audiences with a new retail concept.
Eligibility: Celebrates innovative and engaging campaigns designed for festivals or seasonal occasions, such as Ramadan, Christmas, White Friday or anniversaries.
Eligibility: Honors the exceptional application of advanced technologies such as AI, AR, VR, Metaverse or Blockchain in marketing strategies to deliver impactful customer engagement.
Eligibility: Recognizes impactful collaborations with influencers or celebrities that amplify brand campaigns and drive engagement.
Eligibility: Celebrates ideas that foster a sense of community and achieve high audience engagement.
